My graphic novel ranges anywhere from three panels per page to one. it varies quite regulary but it does generally follow the rule of thirds. The dialoge tends to have smaller pannels while the action seems to take up more space. This pattern is formed so that the action pannels can be more detailed. This draws my attention more into the action and less to the dialoge than most readings.
